Adelaide Venue Management Corporation (AVM) operates three of Adelaide’s most iconic and commercially successful event venues - the Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC), Adelaide Entertainment Centre (AEC) and Coopers Stadium (CS).  

Due to an internal promotion, a rare opportunity has become available for a multi-skilled Receptionist with strong administrative, interpersonal and communication skills to join our Venue Services team at the AEC.

Reporting to the Venue Hiring Manager you will provide reception duties for the AEC and CS including assisting people both in person and on the phone and supporting the AEC administration office in completing various tasks including mail, office stationery (supply & replenishment), courier liaison, office accounts and office communication.  The position also provides administrative support to the General Manager and other staff as required. Proven experience working in a frontline reception role would be desirable.

Normal office hours apply but must be flexible and available to work any hours as required, as hours are be dictated by business requirements and activity levels.
