The Organisation

Adelaide Venue Management Corporation, operator of three of Adelaide’s most iconic and commercially successful event venues - the Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC), Adelaide Entertainment Centre (AEC), Coopers Stadium (CS) and are the proud presenting partner of concerts and functions at The Drive.

 

The Role:

To manage and control the receiving, warehousing and distribution of all goods for the Adelaide Entertainment Corporation and Coopers Stadium, and any other venues that may be managed by the Corporation. To coordinate an efficient supply chain process by ensuring that all par levels are maintained with effective communication to the Food & Beverage and Procurement team regarding stock lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all goods arriving are matched against order for pricing and quantity with variances and back orders communicated.
  • Conduct visual inspection of all incoming goods ensuring they meet agreed specifications for quality, sizing, appearance, and HACCP if applicable.
  • Ensure all incoming goods received are entered immediately into H&L and pricing variances are investigated and credits requested where applicable.
  • Coordinate and ensure accurate tracking and accountability for all stock items, use, returns and movements through H&L stock control system.
  • Conduct regular stock takes of all goods held within H&L stock control system including daily, weekly, and monthly checks.

 

About you

 

  • To be self-motivated, with a positive demeanor.
  • Experience with, and comprehensive understanding of food and beverage products.
  • Knowledge of EBMS (highly desirable)
  • Knowledge of stock control systems (H&L)
  • Knowledge of Point of Sale and cash systems (H&L)
  • Experience Stock Management Systems (H&L)
  • Available to work flexible hours, including some out of hours and weekend work in accordance with events. (If and when required)
