Adelaide Venue Management Corporation (AVM) operates three of Adelaide’s most iconic and commercially successful event venues - the Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC), Adelaide Entertainment Centre (AEC) and Coopers Stadium (CS).

The Role
As Maintenance Manager it will be your responsibility to oversee all aspects of maintenance and compliance across both the AEC and Coopers Stadium Hindmarsh venues as well as delivering various building work projects as part of the AVM annual capital works investment program.
Engaging with the AVM and AEC various teams is essential to create an ongoing and cohesive positive relationship across all areas of the business.
Leading onsite personnel and contractors, engaging with AVM partners when required and providing a high degree of attention to compliance and timing of scheduled maintenance to all building systems to a high standard is required to satisfy the expectations of the AVM corporation and to provide a safe, reliable and efficient space for the patrons to enjoy.
