About AVM
Adelaide Venue Management (AVM) proudly operates three of Adelaide’s premier event venues—the Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC), Adelaide Entertainment Centre (AEC), and Coopers Stadium (CS). AVM are currently seeking dedicated and energetic Cleaners to join our team at the Adelaide Convention Centre and our team at the Entertainment Centre and Coopers Stadium.
Your Role
As one of our professional Cleaners, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our venues are spotless, welcoming, and event ready. Whether working independently or as part of a dynamic team, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail helps create outstanding experiences for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness across internal areas, including event spaces, offices, restrooms, and back-of-house areas.
- Safely handle and operate cleaning equipment and chemical resources.
- Keep storage areas tidy, organised, and safe.
What You Will Bring
- Self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude.
- Reliable and punctual team players who take pride in their work.
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, overnights and weekends (7-day roster).
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving, event-driven environment.
Bonus Points (Not Essential, But a Plus!)
- Experience in event or venue cleaning.
- Familiarity with cleaning machinery (e.g., floor polishers, ride-on vacuums, high-pressure washers).
