We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Duty Manager to lead a high performing team.
Reporting to the Manager of Home Ground & AVM Bars, you will manage the day to day operations during your shift, including but not limited to: service, briefing staff, running functions, event days, managing daily bookings and paperwork, maintaining stock levels and stocktaking. You will be empowered to make clear-thinking decisions and act as a role model and provide on the job training to all staff.

- Thorough, up-to-date knowledge of all relevant WHS Laws, standards, policies and regulations (in a hospitality environment). Experience with varying dining styles, hospitality business practices and quality systems (particularly HACCP).
- Your availability allows you to work across a 7-day operation, with the expectation to be working during the busiest service times and Adelaide Oval event days.
- Having H&L POS experience would be an advantage.
- You have a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate and hold a Responsible Person badge.
