Adelaide Venue Management (AVM) is South Australia’s leading provider of venue management services. It is responsible for operating three of Adelaide’s most iconic venues: Adelaide Convention Centre, Adelaide Entertainment Centre, and Coopers Stadium, in addition to functions and events at The Drive.

A unique opportunity has arisen for a casual admin assistant in the Venue Maintenance Team.  

Primarily you will be based at the Adelaide Convention Centre, though you may be required to undertake duties at another venue operated by AVM.

Reporting to the Building Engineering Manager, the successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in managing the general administration of the office duties, including invoice preparations and scheduling of maintenance tasks.  You will work closely with the Maintenance Team and the Finance department to enable smooth operations.

It is essential that applicants are agile in their ability to ensure changing work matters are addressed in a timely manner. It is desired that the incumbent will possess good communication skills and be firmly committed to working within Work Health and Safety guidelines.
