Adelaide Venue Management (AVM) is South Australia’s leading provider of venue management services. It is responsible for operating three of Adelaide’s most iconic venues: Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC); Adelaide Entertainment Centre (AEC); and Coopers Stadium (CS); in addition to functions and events at The Drive.
From concerts and shows to major events, you’ll be a valued part of our cleaning crew at Adelaide Convention Centre; Adelaide Entertainment Centre; and Coopers Stadium, helping create spotless, welcoming, and event-ready spaces that truly shine. Your Role
As one of our Venue Cleaners, you’ll be behind the scenes making sure our spaces are fresh, spotless, and ready for unforgettable events. Whether you’re flying solo or working with a crew, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where every detail counts.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping event spaces, offices, restrooms, and back of house areas clean, safe, and guest-ready
- Using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and confidently
- Keeping storage areas organised and hazard-free
- Moving with purpose in a live, event-driven environment
What You Bring
- A positive, “Can-Do” attitude
- Reliability - you show up and take pride in your work
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster (days, nights, overnights, public holidays, and weekends)
- A willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-moving workplace

- Experience in event or venue cleaning
- Confidence using cleaning equipment like floor polishers, ride-on vacuums, or pressure washers
