Adelaide Venue Management (AVM) is South Australia’s leading provider of venue management services. It is responsible for operating three of Adelaide’s most iconic venues: Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC); Adelaide Entertainment Centre (AEC); and Coopers Stadium (CS); in addition to functions and events at The Drive.

 

We’re looking for experienced cooks or qualified chefs who thrive in high-energy environments and take pride in delivering consistently great food to join our team at Adelaide Entertainment Centre.

The Role

You’ll be a key player in delivering high-quality food to patrons attending our year-round events and concerts. Working alongside our professional chefs, you’ll help create amazing, flavour-packed dishes.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a cook or chef - [with Certificate II (or higher) qualifications preferred]
  • A positive, can-do mindset - energy matters here
  • Reliability - you turn up, back your team, and take pride in your work
  • Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and public holidays, across a 24/7 roster
  • A genuine willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced setting
