A rare opportunity has opened for a capable and energetic events professional to join our Exhibition Planning Services team as a full-time Exhibitions Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing exhibitions and large-scale events to life from planning through to delivery.

In this role, you will coordinate exhibition logistics, working closely with clients, exhibitors and contractors to ensure every detail runs smoothly. You will support events from the early planning stages through to on-site delivery, including providing operational support during exhibition bump in and bump out. You will also assist with the delivery of internal AVM events, including Cellar Door Fest.

This role is primarily office-based but requires flexibility and physical fitness, particularly during event setup and pack down where hours may extend outside the standard workday.

You are a proactive events professional with strong planning and time management skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, and a calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure. You take initiative, enjoy working independently while contributing to a team, and bring energy, reliability and professionalism to everything you do. A Diploma or Degree in Event Management, or relevant industry experience, will be highly regarded.
