We're looking for motivated individuals to join our Stewarding Team at the Adelaide Convention Centre, where you'll play a vital role in supporting the success of some of South Australia's most prestigious events.

About Us

Adelaide Venue Management (AVM) is South Australia’s leading provider of venue management services. It is responsible for operating three of Adelaide’s most iconic venues: Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC); Adelaide Entertainment Centre (AEC); and Coopers Stadium (CS); in addition to functions and events at The Drive.

About the Role

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient kitchen operations while upholding the highest hygiene standards. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced, event-driven environment, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness across the kitchen and surrounding areas, setting up serveries for various events, operating dishwashing equipment, and replenishing crockery, utensils, and supplies. You will also follow ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System requirements and assist with additional stewarding tasks to keep operations running seamlessly.

We are particularly seeking candidates who are available to work:

  • Monday to Friday 
  • Early morning starts and/or late evening finishes 
  • Weekend availability is highly regarded 
  • 24/7 flexibility is a strong advantage
