About the Role
Reporting to the Sous Chef – Hot Section, you will lead the preparation and production of high-quality food within our Main Kitchen, supporting the delivery of innovative menus and exceptional dining experiences. You will work closely with a talented culinary team, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and food safety.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute ideas, explore emerging food trends, and help shape the future of Adelaide Convention Centre's industry-leading food philosophy.
