  • Support marketing and promotional activities for AVM-owned events, including the award-winning Cellar Door Fest portfolio.
  • Assist with campaign reporting, surveys, customer insights and other marketing and communications activities.
  • Provide administrative and project coordination support to the Marketing & Communications team.

  • A genuine interest in storytelling and the ability to identify engaging content opportunities.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content planning and digital communications.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress or email marketing platforms.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A positive, proactive and collaborative approach, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • A degree in Communications, Marketing or a related discipline, or 1-2 years' relevant experience.
  • Experience in the events, tourism, hospitality or business events industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.
