An exciting opportunity exists for a highly organised energetic individual to join our People team on a Full-Time basis as a Uniforms Coordinator, working across all AVM sites.

Adelaide Venue Management (AVM) is South Australia’s leading provider of venue management services. It is responsible for operating three of Adelaide’s most iconic venues: Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC), Adelaide Entertainment Centre (AEC), and Coopers Stadium (CS), in addition to functions and events at The Drive (TD).

The Role

Reporting to the Workforce Planning Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the day to day operations of the uniform store including not but limited to uniform purchasing, issuing, administration, laundering and stock coordination across the organisation.

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills;
  • You are confident working under pressure and meeting tight timeframes;
  • Strong customer service focus when supporting both internal and external customers;
  • You can work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team;
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately;
  • Sound experience in stock control and record management;
  • Adapting to last-minute changes with a calm, positive and solutions-focused approach;
  • You can respond to team member uniform matters with sensitivity, professionalism and care;
  • Exceptional attention to detail; and
  • Flexibility to work outside normal business hours where required including weekends.
