About the role

The Adelaide Convention Centre is committed to fostering the next generation of AV professionals in the highly competitive events industry.  Our Audio Visual Traineeship is offered as a paid, full-time 12 month program delivered by TAFE SA, complemented by on-the-job training by our expert, in-house technical team. In addition to providing an exceptional launch pad into the exciting world of event AV, upon completion of the program, successful candidates will achieve a nationally accredited Certification III in Live Production and Services.  (Please note, if you already possess this qualification, an equivalent qualification or higher, you are ineligible to apply for this position.)

During the traineeship, trainees will be exposed to a diverse calendar of events, working across all areas of our audio visual operations, including rigging, audio, lighting and vision, to help them develop a broad skill set.
