Adelaide Venue Management Corporation (AVM) operates three of Adelaide’s most iconic and commercially successful event venues - the Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC), Adelaide Entertainment Centre (AEC) and Coopers Stadium. Imagine being involved and working at events like Adelaide United soccer games, 36ers basketball, international super stars like Dua Lipa, KISS and Michael Bublé and the largest conferences and exhibitions seen in SA.  Ongoing work all year round!  

There are currently a variety of rewarding opportunities now available for enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to work across all three AVM venues. These roles form an integral part of the AVM’s core Food and Beverage team, providing a professional service in all areas of the business.

  • Excellent hourly rate commencing at $32.93 per hour – moving to $34.36 after 50 hours, plus penalties and superannuation

What will you be doing:

  • Team F&B service at cocktail functions, gala dinners, conferences, business breakfasts, sporting events, concerts, cellar door festivals, exhibitions, etc.
  • Front of house service – delivering a memorable guest experience

What you will bring to AVM:

  • Experience in a thriving hospitality, fast-food or retail service environment
  • A current and up-to-date Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification
  • Must be able to carry 3 plates comfortably and professionally, or willing to learn
  • Display high energy levels, lively personality and be physically fit
  • Strong work ethic and “can do” attitude
  • Demonstrate versatility and responsiveness in dealing with guest requests
  • Have flexible availability to work early mornings and late evenings, 7 days a week
  • Display an eagerness to work across all three AVM venues
